Shaun Burger earned his Fitness and Sport Sciences Coaching Certificate from Pima Community College in 2015, and he served as a defensive coordinator and/or assistant coach for 4 seasons at Palo Verde High Magnet School. Since then, he has worked as a Physical Education Teacher and Facilities Manager at the International School of Tucson (IST). He and Dr. Burger opened this practice together in October 2017, serving as co-owners.

At present, Shaun serves as A-Z’s General Manager. As a part of this role, he manages the company’s books and the Human Resources Department. Shaun is also still working full-time at IST, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters when he is not working.
